A decision. A conflict. A vision. A company. The future. On stage they become a living system. Strategy gets a voice. Fear gets a body. The future walks into the room.
No audience. Titles stay at the door. Everyone plays. Everyone creates. Everyone can see the world from a place they have never stood.

The question opens reality. Play frees it from what we already know about it. And what was invisible can become the next step.
Stage on Mars belongs to no category. Categories belong on Earth. Mars is a stage for any reality that needs to move.

The Systemic Play Method
Stage on Mars is a place where people step beyond the limits of intellect and words to search for new ways forward. It is made for rational, intelligent people who have reached the edge of what logic alone can solve and now look for new perspectives, connections and possibilities.
At its heart is Systemic Play: a way to play out any system using imagination, theatre and systemic constellations. Together, the people in the room uncover hidden dynamics and enrich each other's perspectives.

Systemic Play is not therapy. It belongs to creativity, imagination and self-expression. The purpose is not to heal but to explore, to expand perspective and to spark new possibilities. The experience is immersive and can stir strong personal responses, so Stage on Mars is not recommended for people currently experiencing acute mental health challenges.
Each experience is guided by a Playmaker, who works with the people, the questions and the ideas in the room to create the play. A Producer keeps the flow and enriches the journey with thoughtful audiovisual production.
