What thrives in a family business? Family? Business? Both? How do we connect the two? How do emotions play into cash flow? This is a one-of-a-kind experience, designed to explore the nuances of what a family business truly is, ask bold questions, and find answers that drive us forward.

This is an experimental 5-hour journey to Mars, where the biggest and hardest questions about how to run a family business will be turned into a play. Designed specifically for the owners, managers and family members.

This is the kind of business where it’s as much about quarterly growth as it is about having a nice Christmas dinner. Our goal is to explore how to find the perfect balance between the two worlds. Our partner for this experience is William R. Lobkowicz, who happens to be part of one of the oldest family businesses in Europe.

How does it work?

  • It all starts with the right question. The bigger and more personal the question, the better. Questions are the ultimate currency here, and they will take you to Mars. What’s your question about the family business?
  • The major attraction is that we turn selected questions into plays. Everyone is invited to design a play, cast characters, and express themselves. It's not about acting or performing; it's about self-expression.
  • This is what people come for: to expand their perspectives and views. It happens after every play through the simple act of sharing. What have you seen? What have you felt? Have you found a unique perspective you would like to bring back to Earth?
